NEWS 09-10 Calendar - clean scans

So it was inevitable -  I've scanned the NEWS 09-10 Calendar.

It's a tricky item. A four ring A4 binder whose contents are designed to be attached to the two included plastic ends in various combinations and hung on the wall. So each picture has holes from the binder and creases from being folded into the binder.

And in answer to requests, these scans remove the holes, join all the sections of each picture together to make a whole image and get rid of the creases.

Very pretty ...

Small sample images

I've scanned the images in two sizes (see below) and made a zip of each size. They contain:  the 19 calendar images, the poster and a head and shoulders crop from the long individual photos. A total of 27 images.

ZIP1 - 56Mb - MF

ZIP2 - 28Mb - MF

Also for anyone interested, these are the instructions on how to put the calendar together. Why do NEWS calendars always need so many instructions, though it's definitely simpler than putting that cardboard stand together for the 07-08 calendar.

hey! sorry I haven't been in touch ... does Kino get them in? I certainly can't wait, I ordered from Japan. Patience is not one of my virtues. Working, yes. At least it pays for things like the calendar XD

We do need to make some plans don't we?

That's alright. I'm pretty sure that you're busy with work :)

Yep, Kino got them in every year. The sad thing is if it comes out on Friday or Tuesday then you won't be able to get it until the next deliver day which is Tuesday or Friday. The calendar came out last Friday but it didn't reach Kino until Tuesday. But I guess it's worth the wait. How much did it cost you from Japan? At Kino it's $58. I didn't order Arashi calendar but after seeing the preview I want one. And at Yesasia it's $72. I don't want to spend too much T_T

Plans are good. Though maybe not school periods because I'm too busy with other subjects~ Gomen~

Oh, my friend and I are going to Japan at the end of the year do you have any tips about the accomodation or flight? So far Jetstar has the cheapest one which $1100.

Sorry I'm writing so long :)
